    The AI Products and Services Exhibit available below governs the Customer's use of all of Aptean's AI-based product and services, including those previously and subsequently ordered by the Customer, and is hereby incorporated into the Agreement.

    Product-specific Terms of Service

    The Terms of Service documents available here govern the Customer's use of Aptean's AppCentral platform in accordance with the Products as outlined on the Order Form. These terms shall only be applicable to the product(s) for which are purchased.


    Aptean Data Processing Addendum

    The Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") available below governs Aptean's processing of personal data on behalf of the Customer in connection with all of the Aptean products and services used by the Customer, including those previously and subsequently ordered by the Customer, and is hereby incorporated into the Agreement.

    AppCentral Industry Hub Quick Start Statements of Work

    The Statements of Work for Quick Start implementations accessible on this Legal Center define the scope of Aptean's Quick Start implementation services for each applicable module and are hereby incorporated into the Agreement.
